User Guide for Authors

This piece of the manual is meant for authors. By following these few easy steps an author will be able to submit an article and review its status in the review process.

To submit an article you should do the following:

The paper will now be sent to the Submission Editor for an admission acknowledgement.
Note: The new submission will be listed in the manuscript overview, so you can always track the actual status of your paper.

User Guide for Reviewers

The reviewers receive an e-mail in which they are invited for reviewing a manuscript. The e-mail contains all the details of the paper and a confirmation link.

The reviewers can log in by using the account details stated in the confirmation email. After a successful login the system shows all the manuscripts assigned to this reviewer.

To review the manuscript, please follow the steps below:

  1. Choose the selected manuscript and choose review

The system shows all the details for the manuscript.

  1. Fill in all the information, including an attachment with your additional comments.
  2. Commit your review by choosing send.

You are now finished reviewing.
Note that you have to do the review in one single step!
